By downloading or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using the Tick Stick App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Tick Stick App is a companion application for The Tick Stick™ tick removal and encapsulation device (US Patent 12,396,754 B2). The App provides the following features:
The Tick Stick App is intended for informational purposes only. Nothing contained in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided through the App — including tick identification guides, after-bite guidance, lab recommendations, and community tips — should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice from a licensed healthcare provider.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a tick bite, tick-borne illness, or any other medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in this App.
The App allows users to submit tick sighting reports and community tips using a self-selected display name. By submitting content you agree that:
We reserve the right to remove any community content that violates these Terms or that we determine in our sole discretion to be inappropriate.
The Tick Stick™ name, logo, and US Patent 12,396,754 B2 are the exclusive property of Innovative Products Group, LLC. The App and all of its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Innovative Products Group, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovative Products Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the App.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
